Site Terms for Ez As Pi, LLC dba EZ Kayak Tours and EZ Guided Tours shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada and Arizona which is where operations currently take place. Upon expansion, any additional applicable laws will apply therein. Regardless of where you access the sites, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the site terms shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in the State of Nevada or State of Arizona, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of site terms.

Photography / Video Usage Rights Agreement

Ez As Pi, LLC dba EZ Kayak Tours / EZ Guided Tours reserves the right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute images and video that have been taken by any tour guide or employee during any tours / outside events. Images that are taken with equipment owned by Ez As Pi, LLC dba EZ Kayak Tours / EZ Guided Tours is the sole property of becomes copyright material for business use. Guests wishing to opt out of having their image not used for any of the aforementioned reasons may do so by writing in to Ez As Pi, LLC dba EZ Kayak Tours / EZ Guided Tours specifying the picture in question they wish to have removed. In order to do this the guest must have the date the picture was taken, location the picture was taken and any surrounding details relating to the picture. Images are NOT used or distributed to individuals that are NOT in the picture itself. The images may be used for promotional / advertising purposes to the extent allowed by law. As Ez As Pi, LLC dab EZ Kayak Tours / EZ Guided Tours operates on federal land, any investigations that may arise from law enforcement requesting or requiring information are providing to law enforcement with proper documentation / proper channels of request which include the reason and purpose for the request.

Third Party Trademarks / Logos

Trademarks and Logos belonging to third party companies such as vests for “Hyperlite”, paddles from “Aquabound”, “West Marine”, “Carlisle”, “Oceanbroad” and kayaks used by “West Marine”, “Wilderness Systems” and “Perception” are for informational purposes only. Each and every respective company logo, trademark, slogan and or likeness is that of each respective company. Ez As Pi, LLC dba EZ Kayak Tours / EZ Guided Tours reserves the right to use to use these images and logos for the purpose of informing its clients that these are the products that are used in the services provided. The items portrayed on the website are not for sale as goods are not being sold to clients but rather a service being provided with said goods.

Legal Conditions

This electronic document and any other electronic documents, policies, procedures, guidelines and notices incorporated within the sites will be: 1.) deemed for all purposes to be a “writing” or “in writing” and comply with statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements 2.) legally enforceable as a signed writing as against the parties subject to electronic documents; and 3.) deemed “original” when printed from electronic records established and maintained in the ordinary course of business.
